Andrew Smyth is a TV presenter, aerospace engineer and baker.
He studied Aerospace Engineering at Cambridge University, and now enjoys presenting hugely complicated ideas to audiences around the country.
He has hosted at live events and has written, produced and performed 'bakineering' shows around the UK including at the Royal Institution, National Space Centre and Edinburgh International Science Festival.
He was a finalist on the Great British Bake Off in 2016, reaching the final and finishing as a runner-up.
He has since given talks and appeared on ITV's Lorraine, and contributed to projects with the BBC and Channel 5.
He even baked a rotating jet engine cake for Prince William.
